• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!
  Shipping will cost more, please take that into account if you are international.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  This store operates on a preorder basis, so I will ship the products after preorders close or stock runs out. If I have the product ready made I will ship it sooner, but at most it may take up to a month to ship. If you have concerns please feel free to contact me!

• I want to buy an art piece you've made but it's not on your website! What should I do?

  Please send me a message via customer support! I'll review and see if I can sell the desired artwork to you.
  If this image or print is a one-off, it may result in a higher price than normal prints, stickers, or apparel. I will discuss any increase in price with the customer before asking for payment.

• Do you take commissions?

  I do, but not through storenvy-

• Why is international shipping so expensive?

  At this time, USPS postal rates are very expensive, and the international rate I've set is based on the USPS rates. When I go to ship the product, if shipping to your country ends up being cheaper than the USPS postal rate, I will refund you the difference.

  Based on my existing knowledge and use of Storenvy, I cannot opt out of international shipping. I am still in the process of figuring out how to use Storenvy that benefits my customers, so I appreciate your patience!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What if something is wrong with my order?
